I-look.com set as homepage and toolbar

I got stuck with this annoying homepage that pops-up
everytime I open Internet Explorer. I'm trying to get it
off along with the toolbar with no success. Is there
anyone out there who knows how to erase this off and get
IE back to normal. I'm running WXP. Thanks
