I know what I want, but I can't remeber the name. Help!

I remember seeing posts for what I'm looking for, but for the life of
me, I can't remember the name or even when I read about it.

What I need is a program that I can use to copy what I'm doing on my
computer, record it and perhaps add some comments about why I'm doing
what I'm doing. I'll be using it to show people how to do things with
their machines, rather than trying to answer questions via email or
the phones, especially for computer newbies in my extended family.

The finished file should be a stand alone one, not dependant on Power
Point if at all possible.

Probably "Wink" (Google for it).

But, better still: get UltraVNC and do the corrections to their PC
yourself, in real-time, with them watching! :)

There is also a screen cam macro recording freeware, but I cannot
remember the name (It very well could be screencam) that we used 5 years
ago to do this for our customers. Self-contained in an .exe, it ran on
many Windows platforms.
