in event view i keep getting Warning!
w32time: The NTP server didn't respond
How do i fix this?

I am on one computer- not networked

It doesn't look like the Windows Time service is going to be needed by you
(on server-base environment it is necessary), you can change it from
Automatic to Manual or Disabled in services.msc

when i do decide to network this computer how can i fix this?
I am planning to network it in a few mths

Well, the service is only needed to keep time sync'ed between computers,
close enough so that Kerberos (the authentication used with Active
Directory) will work properly. If you implement a domain controller, then
you will need to have this time service. At this time, simply enable the
service, and configure it as per Q223184
