i keep getting redirected

most of the links i click on send me to this website > http://www.best-search.info/1525
i cannot play any video files and i have been trying to download virus scanners, but i keep getting redirected to that page. i can only open links by right clicking and saving them. i have tried like 10 virus and trojan horse scanners and none of them picked anything up and the stuff they did pick up and erase did not solve my problem. whats the deal? thank you.
