I keep getting a blue screen at irregular intervals

Hi,

I have been using Mic Xp since a long time but now I have started getting a
blue screen. I have read some of the queries posted here but am confused.

What do I do? Is there any info u need?

Please help!!!!

Am not a techy person and dont know any technical stuff.
