Actually there are currently an even dozen English groups, with a like
number in German, and a couple in Japanese and Spanish. Have you tried
refreshing your newsreader's newsgroup list? These are the English
Vista groups I can see:

Question 2:
Which CD would I install?, cause one is blue and the other is green,
DVD. And you'd install the one appropriate for your PC. Do you have a
32-bit or 64-bit computer? If 32-bit, you've no choice but to use the
32-bit version of Vista. If you have a 64-bit PC, you can use either
version of Vista, and should largely base your decision on the
availability of manufacturers' Vista64-specific device drivers for the
computer's components and peripherals.
