i havi have a virus on mye a virus on my computer but i don't know what it is.

i try try to get to my start menue and taskbar but it
won't let me click. it only shows a hourglass waiting
sign. the virus also disables the windows audio survice,
the user account survice, the system restore survice, and
it also disabled anything related to the nortin anti-virus
startup survices. can someone please help me identify this
virus.
