I have no <table> button on the quick tab selector

In the Front Page Tutorial, they say to go to the Quick Tab Selector and
click on the <table> button on the drop down, however there is no button to
click on. I have tried various options but it will not turn the table green
and show pixels. Where in God's name is this button??????????

From the menu select View Quick Tag Selector
