I have microsoft outlook 2003 on my other computer.... how can I view these news groups?

I am in the process of migrating over to my other computer, this has been
about a month in the making. LOL, my question is/ I can see the option for
news on outlook 2003. Where do I find it. As well, I would like to have my
setup the same with all of my accounts? Is there anything I can do for this
and how does this work exactly? Thanks you guys...
 
Look at Oct 20 posting, there are many suggestions there,
some of us are still trying to find the answers.
