I have lost my scroll option on my website page

all of a sudden all my pages on my website do not have scroll options.
It is driving me crazy i have tried everything within front page 03

Which scroll?? Horizontal or vertical??
Is the page high enough / wide enough to need scroll bars??

Using framesets??

Make sure scrolling is set to yes.
