I have forgot the password and need to remove it

i have given password to word documents and i forgot it i want to open the
document but it needs password
 
If the password protects against opening the document then the document is
encrypted and the password is required in order to un-encrypt it. If it was
easy to circumvent there would be no point in having the password. See
