I have an item in my Outbox that will not send and I can't delete.

I was trying to send a zip file that is 142 mb. It's been stuck in my Outbox
for 2 days. It won't send it, and it won't let me delete it. I have tried
doing shift/delete and it says it was moved or deleted or access is denied.
I have rebooted the computer, hit the delete button and I don't know what
else to do to try to get it out of my outbox. Any suggestions? My OS is XP
Professional and the Outlook is 2003.

In Outlook,
File | work offline
Restart outlook
Remove the offending item
File | work offline (to toggle it off)
Restart Outlook

Note - if you have an Internet mail account, don't try to send anything
larger than, probably, 4 MB. Check with your ISP for help - also check with
whomever you're trying to send to, to make sure you're within their limits
as well. Email isn't really meant to handle large "file transfers."
 
I have the same problem, in the Offline mode I have tried doing shift/delete
and it says it was moved or deleted or access is denied. I really do not know
what else I could do. My OS is XP Professional and the Outlook is 2003. Could
anyone help me, please.
