Thank

Yes I can attach it, but they may not have word, and what I want to do is just send it as an email message. It is an add I made up for wedding inquires with photos in the right column and text in the left to go along with the pic's.

You can convert it to a pdf file (assuming you have the software) and then
send that as attachment. You could provide a link so that your recipient
could download a Word reader from Microsoft.

If your recipient can receive Rich Text, set it up as a two-column table,
with photos in one column and description in the other. This is better than
newspaper-style columns for this sort of application, anyway.

Well, you've got two scenarios. If your recipient can receive Rich-Text,
then you should be able to use the Send To> option directy from Word. I send
messages that way all the time (I use OfficeXP).
If your recipient can't receive rich-text e-mails (I.e. they're using an
older e-mail client), then there's not really anything you CAN do to get
them to see a two-column format.
My suggestion, is to try clicking Send To> in the file menu, and choosing
Mail Recipient. You may also need to click the person's e-mail address in
Outlook, and make sure it's configured to send the e-mail as Rich-Text (It
would be in the Send Options).
Of course, this is all assuming you're using Outlook and Word together. If
you're not, I don't know an easy way.
Hope that helps,
