i am looking to buy frontpage or dreamweaver. I am
researching on wht software is best used to build a
website. I am looking for a low price program that has pay
pal,chat,maybe web cam,as well as many other features in
its program. Can you suggest wht program has all that for
someone who is new to all this, I perfer somethng that has
a tutroial device as well. any help would be appericated.
 
No program will do it all ... especially if you want it to be "low price".
Do some searching on Google and go to both the FrontPage Microsoft and
Dreamweaver Macromedia sites and read up on what both those programs will
do. Of the two FrontPage is far less expensive ... Dreamweaver has the
steepist learning curve.
Do your own research .. you'll learn the most that way.
"Best" depends on what you need and what you are willing to learn. There are
many tutorials out there... again, use Google search!
