Since you did not detail what "this" was then no one can give you specific
help. "I have a problem" and "what does this mean" just says you have a
problem but doesn't provide any clue as to WHAT is the problem.

determine which articles apply since you didn't tell us what was the alleged
problem. Since it appears to be part of a Symantec product, have you used
their online web forms to ask for help? Again, only you know which Symantec
