I have a problem whit my folders in my comp pls help me!

Hi i need help whit my xp home. All my folders in my whole computer is "write protected". And when I right click on the folder and push the button to cancel "write protected", and then I try to move a file into the folder. The computer says, blablabla can't move the file to that map. Windows is like "protecting" my folders, and put's "write protected" on again on the folder. What shall i do? sorry for my bad english! :) please help me!

By design, Windows Explorer will show all folders as read only,
although this is not true.

What steps are you taking with the file and what folder do you move it
to?
