I have 32000+ duplicate emails!

How do I delete the duplicate emails (instead of one by one) that Outlook is
downloading (Also How do I stop Outlook from continuing to download these
duplicates)?

Select the first one, hold down your shift key and select the last one.
Press delete.

As for how to stop, you'll have to include a lot more detail, like Outlook
version, account type, what you've done since it last worked correctly, and
so on. No one here is psychic.
