I Have 3 Personal Folders

I have got 3 folders in my Outlook 2002 plus an 'Outlook Today - Personal
Folder' - is there anyway of deleting 2 of these Personal folders, they are
empty. But when I looking at the Outlook.pst file size its nearly 1.8gigs. I
have tried importing from my old PC's Outlook at this is undoubtedly the
file, but no messages are appearing

Any help would be appreciated

Can't you just R click and close the extra folders?

In the future, be aware that importing is never the right way to transfer
Outlook data. Now you see why. Just open another file if you want to
transfer data from it.

I can Close the Folders, but they appear again once Outlook is closed and
opened again

I've tried going to File - Open - Outlook Data files from the original PST
file, but nothing happens, its just blank even though the file size is
1.8gigs

Then you have a corrupt profile and must create a new one.

As to the bad PST files, those files exceed the limit for Outlook 2002.
Microsoft has an extraction utility with which you might be able to repair
them.
