I have 100 pictures I want to insert as thumbnails. How do I?

I have 100 pictures I want to insert as thumbnails into Microsoft word. Is
there an easy way to do that?

There isn't an easy way in Word itself, but there is a way.

Get a copy of the free graphics editor IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com).
Use its batch processing dialog to create the thumbnails by resizing each
picture and saving it as a new file in another folder. Then you can just
insert the thumbnails into a Word document.
