I hate having to delete junk mail twice.

Outlook puts some junk in junk mail, and then i click on it and press delete.
Now to get rid of it I have to go to the deleted items and press delete again.
This is really annoying.

Dan... you can have the mails in the junk E-Mail folder directly deleted:
Tools | Options | Button: Junk E-Mail | Select: Permanent delete suspected
junk....
so you just have to emty the Deleted Items folder. Also this can be made
automaticaly:
Tools | Options | Tab: Other | Select: Empty the Deleted Items folder upon
exiting
