I got the next message error: Could not open one or more attachmen

I got the next message error: Could not open one or more attachments, that
error happened when I made a forward of current message and those messages
have file attachments inside of them, and same problem happened to me when I
opened an office document and when I selected send to as mail recipient as
attachment. I don't know if the problem could be relate with PST corrupt
file issues or if I have to define another PST file and if that will fix the
problem.
I will appreciate so much that someone could support and help to me with
this important issue.
