I go to send something from MS Outlook 2003, I receive e-mail messages.
What should I do to correct this problem?

Eh? Outlook is SUPPOSED to receive email messages. That's what it's for.....
Please be a bit more precise. Are these emails error messages, or what? If
so, post one in it's entirety so we can see what you are talking about...

Are you talking about receipts. You got to be more specific since we cannot make out exactly what you issue is

You want to send but not receive? did you set up the send/ receive group to
not send? ctrl+alt+s to bring it up.
