I get error code 0X8004010F when using outlook? how do I fix it?

Whenever I try to send or receive in Outlook I get the message "The operation
failed. An object cound not be found. I am using Outlook 2003.
 
racetech, I'm getting the same message when I try to send/receive messages.
Did you find a solution?
