I installed Win XP, I activated the product, then I
bought new Antivirus , found lots of trojan horse, decide
to format, now when I try to activate program again, it
always restarts, it's like Win XP thinks I'm installing
it on a seconde computer, now I installed it without
activation, but I got 30 days to fix this cause it's
gonna start doing this stuff again.
Who do I contact to get this PROBLEM fixed
this is my e-mail: (e-mail address removed)
any help would be great
thanx

What You Should Know About the Blaster Worm and Its Variants

Are you looking for info about the cause of "Remote Procedure Call (RPC)",
initiated by NT Authority\System error message that shuts down Windows
(you might also see svchost.exe error occasionally)?

First - clean it up:
http://www.microsoft.com/security/incident/blast.asp

Then Go Here:
http://www.microsoft.com/security/protect/

Follow the directions and KEEP it clean.

This would not happen if you went to:
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
frequently and updated at least the critical updates (I suggest once per
week - Sunday maybe?)

Also, install and keep up to date a good Antivirus Application. I like
Symantec/Norton personally, but for a free alternative www.grisoft.com 's
AVG AntiVirus (Free) works well.

You may want to search for spyware/adware and eliminate what is probably
there as well. I like to use www.lavasoft.de 's AdAware and
www.safer-networking.org 's Spybot Search & Destroy (BOTH of them) to clean
up my system at least once per month. You may want to look at
www.javacoolsoftware.com 's SpywareBlaster as well as a preventative
measure. They all require updates after you install them, but have built in
methods of obtaining and installing these updates - do this before you scan
each time with each of them.

Good Luck!
