i fixed my problem!

if you are receiving the message internet explorer has encounter a problem................it is caused by Winshow ads. you need to remove Winshow in order for the problem to stop.go to 00hq.com and scroll to the bottom and click on Uninstall Winshow. after Winshow is removed, internet will be back to normal!
 
00hq.com is used by this parasite, beware.
