"I.E. has encountered a problem and needs to close" error

When I visit certain websites I get an error that pops up
and says "I.E. has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." When I
click on details it says this:
AppName: iexplore.exe
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1264
AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
Offset: 000bf178
ModName: mshtml.dll

I checked on the Microsoft database and can't find any
fixes for this certain error (with the same Appver,
Offset, etc..).

Any ideas?
