By the way.
I.E. crashes immediately after trying to open it. It never fully opens before I get the dreaded Error Reporting dialog box.
I also have tried using several different homepages just in case their was an issue with the script on a particular page.

Hi Sir,

You got error in module unknown..
Most prob is due to third party add-ins or toolbars that is embedded in IE
Uninstall things like Hotbar, yahoo pager, etc also uninstall any spywares or adwares.
Also check your Downloaded programs files in IE > option> temp file settings > view objects
Remove everything there, dun worry, IE will reinstall them when it's needed.

Thanks Nicolas and Melvin.

Melvin this computer is free of spyware/adware and my temp files/cookies are dumped automatically using History Kill everytime I close I.E.
The only add on I have is the Google toolbar.

Thanks
