I don't see transferspreadsheet as an option in macros....

I'm running Access 2007, and I want to add a TransferSpreadsheet option into
my macro and I don't have that as a choice. It will not let me add it in.

I don't have Access 2007 installed on this machine, but I suspect that you
need to click on the Show All Actions button.
