I disabled all ability for my computer to display anything

Via the control panel I disabled bothe the intel graphics adapter and the VGA
adapter. Now my computer can't display anything at all. It starts up normaly
but once reaching the login screen it stops displaying anything and the
screen goes black. The computer is still running fine in the background but
there is no way for me to see whats going on. Can someone tell me how to turn
one or both graphics adapters back on?

And what happens when you boot into Safe mode?
 
I have got the same problem and safe mode would be great except it is a black
screen after the splash screen. Any other ideas?
