I deleted my help, but i don't have the cd

Hey i'm the biggest idiot. One virus got me and it had a helpctr.exe. so i decided to clean anything to do w helpctr.exe on my system. and so i wiped out my entire pchealth directory. yes deleted. in ms-dos.
another problem, i dun have the XP Cd coz my labtop came installed with WIN XP Pro. So i'm screwed right
pls pls pls tell me how to get my help back :)
 
You should have been supplied a System Restore CD with the laptop when you
bought it. Use it to return everything to factory specs.

You may have the Windows installation files in a folder on your hard drive
{such as Windows/I386}. Try Start, Run and run:

SFC /scannow

If you do, the Windows files should be replaced.

ok i've tried thi
1) copied pchealth from my friends comp
2) installed pchealth with c:\windows\inf\pchealth.in
3) ran helpctr -regserve
4) updated a couple of registry keys (uncertain if correct

butt.... Now when i try to get 'help' Nothing happens
apparently, helpctr.exe is excuted but nothing happens.
pls advice! thanks
