I can't use shortcut links in my email messages

I can't use shortcut links in my email messages. I have tried advise from
others posted. i.e. tools/options/.... reset. This hasn't worked. Login on
bank A/c works on other computers, but not mine.

Describe exactly what "can't use" means. Do you mean that you can click on
a link but that nothing happens?

I don't recall any message that adviced that. I do recall messages that
advised you to open Internet Explorer and click Tools>Internet
Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings. Is this what you say you did?

Login on bank A/c works on other computers, but not mine.

What's "bank A/C"? It could be some bank's air conditioning, but I don't
think that's what you mean.
