I can't send/receive messages

I can't send/receive either ---- error reads:

Has the account ever worked?

Some ISP's require the server name to be in lower case letters.

What Antivirus application do you have installed?
 
Are you a former Adelphia customer? They are the only ones allowed to use
that particular mail server.
Which antivirus are you running? Some of them are not fully compatible
with Windows Mail.
