You need to enter the correct SMTP server name as provided by your ISP,
usually found on their website's help section. It is in the following format
"smtp.gmail.com"

Who is your ISP?

Before you use Windows Mail ( or any email program) you need to have an
email account with someone.
Like with Gmail, Comcast, AOL, Roadrunner, etc. Usually it's with the
company that provides your internet connection.
Keep in mind that Windows Mail cannot access webmail accounts, like Yahoo,
Hotmail, etc.

Thank you so much dave :P (this is nick) i'm using my live ID right now but i
just needed to access my aol mail from windows. thank you =) i really
appreciate it!
