i can't send or recieve email on outllok 2003...just installed it

<sigh> And what does "can't get to work at all" mean? That Outlook
won't load? That you haven't yet defined an e-mail account? That an
error is displayed but which you neglected to mention?

200 what? If you "just installed it" and if "it" is Outlook (but which
version no one but you knows), it can't be 200 e-mails. Haven't a clue
what you meant in your sentence fragment.
