i cant send or receive email

im new on this so i setup my email but i can receive or send email it always
says it have error i dont where is the problem.I want someone who can help me
to setup my email
 
WILL SOMEONE PLEAS HELP ME TO GET STARTED WITH E-MAIL?

Just like the message below I cannot access what to put for
Incoimg/Outgooing and I an exhausted with the lack of help the microsoft
puts into it's @help' section.

please start your own new thread, your problem could be a different to
Mmami?

Please tell us who your mail provider is, or give us the bit after the @ in
your email address.
Also if WM gives you an error message please copy and paste it to your next
message.
