I can't send messages. When I try this is what comes up. Please help, I do
not know how to fix this.

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject 'test', Account: 'mail.realtimebsi.com', Server:
'mail.realtimebsi.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

Does your connection to that server cross over from one internet provider's
equipment to another's before it reaches the server? If so, such
connections
to port 25 are often blocked to cause trouble for spammers, so you need to
ask realtimebsi.com if their outgoing mail server listens for outgoing mail
on
any port other than port 25, and if so, the details of switching to the
other
port. Just trying all the ports is a very slow way to find out; there are
about
65,000 ports available. A tracert to mail.realtimebsi.com indicate that it
is
also known as box245.bluehost.com, so ask bluehost.com if they regard
mail.realtimebsi.com as being in a different internet provider.

realtimebsi.com doesn't seem to be an internet provider, so you may want
to ask them in they have installed the update to the mail server software
that came out several months ago to make the servers work better for
Vista users.
