I am trying to copy the files on My Music Directory and My Documents so I
searched for print screen in the Support and Help Center..
I followed the direction in the support center how to do a print screen; but
nothing happens..do you have any ideas or suggestions Thank you.

instructions:

To copy the window or screen contents
To make a copy of the active window, press ALT+PRINT SCREEN.
To copy the entire screen as it appears on your monitor, press PRINT SCREEN.
Note
To paste the image into a document, click the Edit menu in the document
window, and then click Paste.

The print screen key copies a bitmap image of the screen contents to
the clipboard. You should be able to paste the results into Paint, or
a word processor that can handle graphics - such as MS Word.

Unless that's specifically what you want you will probably find it
unsatisfactory for your task since you're limited to what's on the
screen.

You can use the command line DIR command and redirect its output to a
text file that you can print from Notepad. If you'd prefer something
that's integrated with Explorer, have a look at a 3'rd party add-on
such as ExpPrint http://www.jddesign.co.uk/.

ExpPrint is an Explorer extension that gives you a "Print Directory
Listing" context menu option when you select any combination of file
folder, disk drive, or files - including the Search results list. It
has quite a comprehensive sorting and layout capability, fully
supports Unicode (so it can print names that contain characters not
supported in the default code pages), and is only a small download.

ExpPrint is shareware, the only restriction on the non-registered
usage is that the Save settings capability is disabled. Other than
that it's fully functional.

Thank you for your reply I will try it...it sounds a little to complex but I
will give it a try. again Thank you.

There is a little program called "print now" you can download it from the
web, it's easy and works great. You even can make it to start when you start
up your computer so that it is there all the time. Best program using it for
about 8 years and it even works on Windows 7
