I cant save a gif ...it just bitmap.(bmp)

i have this problem like 2 weeks and i dont know what happen ...i cant saved animated pic when i try to save come out bitmap(bmp)...can some one help me out please thanks.

You probably need to delete your temp and
temporary internet files.

I have the same problem too! But mine's been doing it for MONTHS! It started to let me save them as .gif for about a week, and that happened like 2 or 3 weeks ago... but now it'll only let me save them as .bmp
