i cant receive email

I can receive emails from people who work in my office... but when i send
them externally, (which people are receiving) i cant receive their replies.
does anyone have any ideas why this is? :o(

Hi Josh,
do you use Exchange?
If so maybe the adminstrator have created some rights!
