I cant open any email attachements

when i get my new emails and there is an attachement i
cant look at it, like a month ago i used to be able to but
now i cant.please help,

removed any unsafe attachments from my mail. I know
these attachments are safe, please help
 
Goto Tools/Options/Security and De-select "Do not allow
attachments to be saved or opened..."
