I cannot install Windows XP Home EDition with 32MB of RAM.
Is there any way of getting around this, as I don't want
to upgrade any hardware at the moment, and I don't want to
be stuck with Windows 98 forever more! I have a Intel
Celeron Processor, 333MHZ, 32MB or RAM, 5GB Hard Disk, 8MB
Video Card, and Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition, with
Microsoft Plus 98 Second Edition. Please, for the love of
God, Help Me!!!!!

If you don't have a least 64MB of RAM installed, then Windows XP
will not install. Even if you could install it, XP would not run with
only 32MB RAM.

Visit www.crucial.com and order some new RAM!

Actually WinXP DOES run on only 32MB of system RAM, even though it requires 64MB of RAM during the install. So far I have only found two methods to install WinXP on a system with only 32MB of RAM:
-temporarily add 32MB for the install
-temporarily move the HD into another system only for the very initial copy (when the install auto-reboots after copying the basic files required to boot, more the HD back into the original system)
