I can't install AIM or YAHOO Messengers...

I download them into the computer, but they won't install, and i don't know
what to do about it. When i try to install other things i won't do it either
i got Windows XP SP2... please help

What exactly happens when you try to install a program? Error messages?
Review this link on making a good newsgroup post and submit additional
information. Also check in event viewer for error messages:
