I can't go to any of my inboxes.

I have a yahoo and hotmail account and now I can't access either. Any other
site works fine. After I type in my adress and password I get a "This page
cannot be displayed" message.

I got Windows XP with SP2. This hasn't happened before on my computer and I
access my e-mail on other computers just fine.

Try changing your DNS server IPs on your network connection properties. If
that doesn't help, or you don't know how, post back with a lot more detail
about your computer/Internet connection/network setup.
