G Gord Dibben Nov 22, 2007 #2 Nothing or an error mesage that you can't use lists from other sheets? In that case, name the list range through Insert>Name>Define. Then for DV list source enter =MyList where MyList is the name you gave the range. Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP
