I can't get Outlook 2003 to work. Help!

I have installed Office 2003 and would like to use
Outlook. I currently use Outlook Express and upgraded
from Office XP. I set Outlook 2003 as my default email
program and the connections seem right however everything
still goes to Outlook express. When I send a test
message it goes to Express instead of Outlook. Do I
have to delete Outlook Expree and/or Office XP to make
this work. Thanks in advance.

1. have you set up your mail accounts in Outlook?
2. Don't open Outlook Express! If it's not open, the mail can't go there!
