I can't get both VPN email and POP3 email from MS Outlook 2003?

I receive my work email through Cisco VPN software using MS Outlook 2003.
However, when I also try to receive my POP3 email from Comcast, I can't
receive my Comcast email. I have to use Outlook Express to receive my
Comcast Email. Shouldn't I be able to use MS Outlook 2003 for both?

Sure you can use Outlook for both, but unless your company's network allows
access to external POP accounts, you won't be able to use the Comcast
account when connected to the VPN, since they're entirely separate networks.
