Why do I not have the option in outlook to add a new contact to my address
book when I send an email to a recipient that is not in my address book? I
have many addresses in my hotmail and Yahoo contacts lists that I would like
to import to outlook but outlook can't seem to find them when I want to
import them. Do I have to enter each one individually? Way to much work. Help
me out here guys! Tell the easy way to git her done.

There are 3rd party addins that support automatically adding addresses to
the address book or you can right click on an address and choose 'add to
address book'. Outlook doesn't support it natively because it's generally
not a good idea and only fills the address book with useless address most
people will never need again.

See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contacts.htm for addins.
