Hi gary,

How can I fix this problem?

Go to Start > Run > services.msc
check that Internet Connection Firewall/Internet connection sharing
is enabled, if not, right click, choose properties and set it to
automatic, also go to the dependencies tab and look for the services
it depends on, check that these services are also enabled, like NLA

Good luck

Hi Roger
Thanks for your help. After going into checking the services.msc, and after checking all the properties, dependcies I discovered that the Telephony was disabled and it was linked to the Remote Access Manager(i think that's right). But All is well. Thanks for your guidence
