This is a home network, all computers are in same Workgroup.
I have Administrative status on all computers.
What I can't seem to do is.
From computer A, go to Computer B Programs directory and copy a file to be
pasted back to computer A.
It says I don't have access.

But...I can do it the other way, Copy a file from Programs directory in B
and paste it into Program directory in A.

Must be some setting I do not have correct?????

Please and thank you.

Perhaps Computer B is running XP Home and Computer A is running Pro? XP
Home does not permit sharing of users' home directories (My Documents)
or Program Files, but you can share folders inside those directories. A
better choice is to simply use the Shared Documents folder.

If Computer B is running Pro, then it probably has Simple Sharing
enabled. Disable it from Folder Options>View and create your share as
desired.
