i cant change my desktop image!

the display options are disabled when i try to change my background image.
can anyone give me any tips or advice?

Cajun country has really been keeping me busy.
Didn't realize how "good" it would feel just being back here.

I echo Michael's sentiment. Been lonely here.
 
Thank you! Mardi-Gras was great here for the rest. Stayed home and had the
Cajun food ready for them upon return. Was too backed up to even think
about leaving for the parades. Besides, still have family here from Katrina
that couldn't have made it. :o)
